Create A Daily Playlist To Get Out Of A "Funk"

Jamming the blues away

I speak from experience as someone who battles PTSD with depression that music indeed soothes the soul.

There's a lot of great music out there with a positive, upbeat message that will cure the "funk" out of anyone.

When we are feeling good and project that good vibrational energy, it not only benefits us, but everyone around us.

The Earth has a vibrational magnetic field and so do we, ours is called the Human Aura, Auric Field or simply Aura. Our Auric Field is generated by the 7 main power centers, or chakras in our body.

For centuries, Hindus have known about these 7 main power centers running vertically down our spinal cord.

These power centers spin and create our Auric Field. We can actually project our thoughts

(which become things) beyond our Auric Field that affects other people positively or negatively.

It's very important to master our thoughts to attract positive people and situations to ourselves.

Simply put, we all affect each other and by listening to a great playlist, it will not only get you to a better place emotionally, but it will rub off on others around you, too...

Here's the very eclectic playlist of inspiring songs I listen to every day

to keep me movin' and-a- groovin'.

"Today Is Your Day" by Shania Twain

"Put On A Happy Face" by Tony Bennett

"Beautiful Day" by U2

"Perfect Day" by Hoku

"Don't Stop Movin'" by Livin' Joy

"Free" by Ulta Nate'

"The Magic Power" by Triumph

"I've Got The Music In Me" by The Kiki Dee Band

"New Attitude" by Patti Labelle

"I Just Want To Celebrate" by Rare Earth

"Metamorphosis" by Yaron

"Open" by Sammy Hagar

"The Light" by Disturbed (to me this is the best inspirational, mainstream rock song from 2016)

"Right Now" by Van Halen

"I've Got The Power" by Fireflight

"Dance Into The Light" by Phil Collins

"Dog Days Are Over" by Florence & The Machine

"Both Sides Now" by Sammy Hagar

Like Mahatma Ghandi said we must be the change we wish to see in the world and by mastering our thoughts and moods it will positively affect everyone around us.

You can do your part by jamming to some groovin' tunes and spreading some good vibrations.

Keep on rockin'
